Yorkshire Bank £1000 FTB Offer - Any good?

Hi all me and my girlfriend have had an acceptance on a property £135k and 10% deposit saved £35K annual between us salary and no bad credit. So hopefully should be ok.

Has any one seen the YB offer £1000 cash back and 3.59% initial for three years and then goes up to 4.95% overall cost of comparison 4.7%

But all I want to know is after the 3 years of 3.59% can I re mortgage or do I have to pay the higher rate for another two years or something like that?

Please let me know your advise

Yeah you'll be able to remortgage or switch deal.

I'm also thinking of moving to Yorkshire bank for the cash incentive. Been with Nationwide for 6 years with this mortgage and 4 years with previous. They've been brilliant - never a problem. Anyone got any experience with Yorkshire? It would be nice to have the cash to pay off the rest of our honeymoon! :j
