20 year Mortgage - first direct

Got excited about a 20 year fixed rate mortgage while comparing on this site MSE - except when I have telephoned them (first direct) they found it quite comical obviously a mistake it is a 10 year one instead maybe an administrator can report this as im gutted now lol

I remember one of the first 25 year fixed rates.
