Mortgage advisor !!!!!!ed it up?

When did it pass initially? Today or before last week?
If it was today - im not sure what to suggest.
If it was last week or prior then their underwriting has changed and so you have been caught up in that - although the advisor should have known.
About 5 mins before she decided !!!! about with it.0 -
You need to find out whether the debt being at 20% plus is applicable at DIP/App or offer - if its DIP im lost, if its App that would explain it, if its offer, im lost again.
But these are things the advisor should be checking if they are not sure.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. She said the 20% isnt a factor (not sure i trust her now tbh)
DIP wont really help as my circs changed in that went from joint app to single.
But again if that was an issue why would it pass first time, im baffled and feel let down by the woolwich advisor/sales staff.0 -
She seems to think its credit score, not sure i believe her. I think she has made an error and back tracking now.0

Shes on a zero hour contract, same job for years but had 2 month off with illness so her start date re-started as such.0 -
Slight change in direction but ive got my eyes on NAtwest now as they seem to fit my criteria as a single applicant and im told they lend upto 4.9 salary.
Would it be best (given the high income muliple) to wait for my credit report to reflect that i paid off credit cards before applying once more.
Experian is currently at score = 930 good, but thinking it might have to be tip top to get this deal?0
