This prize draw is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (company number 02810264) whose registered address is at 103 Wigmore Street, London W1H 1WU as managing agent for the landowner of Designer Retail Outlet Centre’s, Henderson UK Outlet No1.
•Entry into this prize draw confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of McArthurGlen UK Limited.
•The prize includes, 4-star luxury accommodation for two in a superior room, full Welsh breakfast, a 25 minute spa treatment or round of golf and free use of our extensive leisure facilities.
•To enter the prize draw you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
•No purchase necessary.
•No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given.
•Entry closes at midnight GMT on Sunday 1st February 2015
•The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received prior to the closing date and will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
•Winner and guest must both be over 18. Prize must be taken by 31st March 2015 and is subject to availability. No cash alternative. Excludes special events.

•Any tax liabilities incurred through participation in this competition are the responsibility of the winner.
