Advice please

I am looking at a remortgage to pay off a charging order on our property as we have the equity to do it. A company called Finance Advice Centre has contacted me after I did a search through my Experian credit file. I am at the stage of sending documents and paying the initial admin fee. Has anyone used this company before? I just want to make sure they are ligit before I pay the money - everything appears to be ok when I have googled them and checked companies house etc. When I have rung the telephone number I was given it says they are called Wizard Finance? Can anyone help?

Wizard finance certainly are I work for a lender and they have submitted cases to us before as wizard finance which is a whole of the market broker,

I haven't heard them called financial advice centre but a google search shows they have same logo and both based in derby just slightly different addresses so they may be linked?
