1.2 All employees and the immediate families of either VisitScotland (“Promoter”), or its agents or Partners, Seamill Hydro, Braehead Foods and Cook School Scotland, A D Rattray Whisky Experience, The National Trust for Scotland or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
1.3 To participate entrants must aged 18 years or over.
1.4 Limit one (1) entry per person.
1.5 This promotion closes on 24/02/2015 for receipt of all entries.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to require the winner(s) to provide proof of identity, age and residency, as the Promoter may deem necessary. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.1 One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date of 24/02/2015. The draw will be conducted randomly within 28 days of the closing date.
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize for two people comprises:
• Three night stay in Seamill Hydro on dinner, bed & breakfast basis for two people sharing one room, entrance to Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, Classic Whisky Tasting at A D Rattray Whisky Experience, class vouchers for Cook School Scotland.
4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 31/10/2015.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
