DooYoo issues?

I read back and found the DooYoo thread on here, of which a lot of people mentioned to stay away from it and listed all the problems with it, so I decided if they don't pay me I won't return.
However I do have one question needing answered!
I cashed out for a £50 Amazon Voucher on Saturday, and while I understand that it will take up to around 10 days to be sent to me, I haven't yet received a confirmation email to say that they've received my redemption request, and reading on their site I heard this is meant to be sent within 48 hours and if not to contact them.
Do they still do this? I haven't received it and have now just sent them an email wondering why but has anyone else received payment but not the email? I'd just really love to receive this payment as some family have some events coming up and I need to get presents
I have checked my spam folder too.
Thanks!
