Lenders that give Mortgages for Tier 2 visa holders

Hello,
I have been searching google and a number of forums as well as the bank's websites and haven't yet been able to get a definitive list of banks which will lend to first time buyer in the UK without a permanent residence/Indefinite Leave to Remain.
So below is my situation :-
1. Been in the UK for 4 years now
2. Currently on a Tier-2 General visa which is valid till Jan 2017 and been with the same company for more than a year as well.
3. Have been banking with HSBC for the past 4 years
4. Looking at a lender with an LTV of 90% or thereabouts
I wonder if someone in situation similar to mine has had success securing a mortgage and if so through which bank and what terms?
I have read through the below thread ids :-
4351319
5009200
Given the banking situation is so fluid I wonder if things have changed since they were expressed on the links above, hence the new post.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
P.S. Couldn't post the link as the forum doesn't allow new members that luxury

There are lenders that should accommodate you, you might need to be a little more generous on the deposit for a range of options.
Engage a mortgage broker to solve this problem.I am a Mortgage Broker
