2. There will be 1 winner and one prize.
3. Winners will be notified by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by the winner within 7 days after the Competition Period. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received during the Competition Period.
4. Prize is 12 weeks use of Villa Coralia Dream 3, Coral Bay in Cyprus from 4pm on Sunday 7th June 2015 to 10am on Sunday 30th August 2015. Villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Prize includes hire of the Villa only and does not include flights or transfers to Cyprus which must be purchased by the Winner and guests at their own expense. Prize must be booked in advance. Villa must only be used by winner and preapproved guests which must be notified to James Villas at the time of booking. Villa must not be sub-let. Winner is solely responsible for any damage to the Villa and will be required to enter into an agreement with James Villas to this effect at the time of booking. Winner and his/her guest(s) are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation (e.g. passport/visa/visa waiver as may be required) and obtaining adequate travel insurance at their own expense. Unless expressly specified otherwise in these terms and conditions, prize excludes food, drink, a mid-stay cleaning cost of €65 where required, spending money and any other costs connected to the prize.
