Help Please

Hi all

In October I won a prize of 6 months supply of Hairy Dieters Sauces from good to know but I have not received the prize. I have contacted the people on the email but have not had any luck. I did receive one email back 17th December saying someone was looking into it but nothing since even though I have followed it up saying have you had any luck

Would you just right it off or try and persue this ? Not sure where to complain too either

email them again but also send the email to: complaints@theipm.org.uk (the email will come back as unavailable as it is no longer in use - but the company doesn't know that)

Mention in the email FAO The IPM
this will then get a response from the company

I did this yesterday for a prize still owed me from October (after mailing several times and getting nowhere) and surprise surprise I received a phone call today to tell me they have sent out the prize today with an added bonus for the waiting and I will receive it tomorrow.

I had similar with Good to Know over a bloody Masterchef hamper - on and on and on - e mails back and forth. It was just ridiculous. It eventually did arrive very different to the comp details and with a couple of the contents well out of date. I'd lost the will to go on by then. Good luck to you getting your prize!:D
