There are a lot of T&C's. I have only posted the "how to play" and the "information on prizes".

How to play the game

As a participant in 'Trace the Place', you select a Pack&GO destination. You are dropped at a location and can use Google Street View to look around this location. You place your pin on the map on the right in the exact location you think you are. At the end of the contest (see General Terms and Conditions), the person who placed the pin in the (most) exact location on the map wins one set of two return tickets to the destination selected by him or her.
If several players place their pin in the exact right location, the winner will be selected by drawing lots.
The location is determined by means of the exact coordinates in degrees of latitude and longitude.

HOW DO YOU PLAY?

1. Select your favourite destination.
- You can choose from the Pack&GO super deal destinations predetermined by KLM.

2. Use Street View to determine your location and place your pin.
- On the left side, you can see where you have been dropped in Street View.
- Place your pin on the map on the right. Try to place the pin in the exact right location!

3. Confirm your participation.
- Once you place your pin on the map, you confirm your participation by identifying yourself through Facebook, Twitter or e-mail.
- After your participation has been confirmed, you will be sent an e-mail containing a link to your personal game page.

4. Use the helpline (optional).
- You can ask your friends for help through Facebook, Twitter and e-mail. Your friends will receive a link to your personal game page, where they can place a 'help pin'.
- You can indicate that you wish to receive notification by e-mail when a friend places a help pin on your map (optional).
- The help pin is placed as an extra pin on the game page. The original pin remains visible on the map. You play the game with your original pin. You can use the help pin(s) placed by your friends to decide whether or not to move your pin during the contest.
- You are not required to use the helpline.

5. Move your pin (optional)
- You can move your pin at any time during the contest.
- You are not required to move your pin but, if desired, can move and confirm your pin on the game page. The pin you already placed will then be deleted.
- You will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your personal game page.
- To inform you that the contest has almost come to an end and that you can still move your pin, you will be sent an e-mail containing a link to your personal game page.

6. Announcement of winner
- After the campaign has ended, we will send you an e-mail containing a link to your personal game page.
This page shows your score and the distance from your original pin to the correct location.
- The prize consists of two KLM Economy Class return tickets to the destination selected by the participant, which are subject to availability within prize winner booking classes.
- Didn’t win? No worries! You can still book an affordable flight to the destination you selected during the KLM Pack&GO super deal campaign.

During the Contest, one set of two KLM Economy Class return tickets are awarded to the winner of the Contest (hereinafter the 'Winner'). The prize consists of two KLM Economy Class return tickets to the destination selected by the participant, which are subject to availability within prize winner booking classes . It is not possible to change the destination of the tickets won.
The prize Winner will be selected based on performance: the person who places the pin in the (most) exact location (coordinates in degrees of latitude and longitude) is declared the Winner. If several players place their pin in the exact right location, lots are drawn digitally among these players to determine a Winner.

KLM is entitled to demand written verification of the place of residence and age of the Winner before awarding the prize. The Winner will be announced by means of a personal Facebook/Twitter/e-mail message sent to the winner. By participating, participants automatically grant KLM the right to post and/or tweet the name of the Winner, their profile picture, their twitter handle and their personal game page on the campaign site, and via Social Media.

The Winner will be approached by KLM in order to provide the personal information for redeeming the prize.

The Winner must start his or her journey from the UK. If the winner does not live in the UK, he or she is personally responsible for transport to the UK at his or her own expense. The Winner is responsible for any taxes, costs or gratuities that are not explicitly included in or accompany this prize (such as overnight accommodation, transport to and from airport, parking fees, visa fees or travel insurance) and, on accepting the prize, the winner agrees that this acceptance is at his or her own risk and responsibility.

The tickets are non-changeable and valid on KLM operated flights only. Tickets are Non-transferable. KLM will pay for the airport taxes. The winner and companion must travel on the same dates/routing for the whole journey. The prize cannot be transferred to another person. Travel dates are subject to availability of prize winner booking class.

When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and a booking has been made, dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway. If the winner chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.

Outbound travel is from 23 February 2015. Travel must be completed by 31 October 2015. Tickets should be claimed at least 28 days before travel, and winner should book as early as possible, for more chance of availability of applicable travel class on requested flights. Travel is subject to date restrictions, limited availability and restricted space.


Claiming Prize

An email containing a prize letter will be sent to confirm the prize. A prize may not be exchanged for any other prizes or services for equal or lesser value or for cash. The prize is non-transferable. No Frequent flyer Miles will be credited for the prize flights. Please note the following relating to the prize tickets:

(i) The pair of tickets must be used together

(ii) Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the airport.

(iii) Winners must reside in the UK and depart from one of KLM’s UK departure airports: Aberdeen, Birmingham, Belfast, Bristol, Cardiff, Durham Tees Valley, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Humberside, Leeds Bradford, London Heathrow, Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich. KLM reserves the right to request written proof of residency and the age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.

KLM reserves the right, due to acts of nature or reasons beyond their control, to change the type of prize in the course of the prize draw or to replace the prize with a different prize of equal value. Under no circumstances shall this alternative lead to replacement or refund. A prize may not be exchanged for any other prizes or services for equal or lesser value or for cash. The prize is non-transferable.

When I entered it says winner will be drawn in 50 hours 40 mins

So end date would be around 23/01 (11am)

Just a word of warning, I once won flights to Amsterdam from KLM but they wanted me to pay taxes, which actually worked out more expensive than if I'd just booked flights through a budget airline. They may have changed this as it was years ago, but worth bearing in mind!
