Advice on full application.

Hi,

Ive done this to death somewhat in another thread but still not sure on the following.

Lender is Woolwich, mortgage in joint names with my wife.

Full application tomorrow for house move which requires further borrowing.

Woolwich have confirmed on the phone that they would allow a single application in my name.

Reason for single application is wifes earnings cant count towards affordibility.

I can borrow more as a single applicant, but would wife be classed as a dependent, she will continue to work.

Thanks for your help.
