Joint mortgage with sister

Hello,
I have a joint mortgage with my sisteras tenants in common.
Our relationship has broken down. We can’tlive together.
What are my options in terms of what Ican do?

I love the property but one of us has toleave and she refuses to, and will not compromise in terms of the possibilityof renting it out and both of us vacating the property. So the only option isthat I move out and I don’t want to but i don’t have a choice as my sister is being very verydifficult. I am the principal name on the mortgage.

Ialso contributed more to the down payment but i was stupid enough not to drawup a Deed of Trust and she has said that she has no intention of paying me backthe extra monies (which she said she would when we got the mortgage) I paid inorder for us to get the property.

We have only had the mortgage forapproximate 18 months and we have not missed a payment.

What are my options?

Also what would be my options in termsof getting a mortgage for myself?

Forcing a sale = expensive and may take a while - the equity will be split 50/50

Patching up the relationship with your Sister = cheapest option
