This does not answer my question at all.
I have already said that only one voucher was applied for and only one account held.
Money was taken, confirmation email sent, verification code input then no voucher sent.
Deal then gone from account.
Sorry Mightydeals but you do not come across as a reputable company when you do this and then do not give a suitable answer.0 -

as no one from Mightydeals seems to reply to emails, I'm hoping I get a reply on here..... i've 'successfully' redeemed my voucher.... money was taken on 20th with no problems...decided tonight to redeem the vouchers so I could make an online purchase now....
I've recieved the emai saying 'your debenhams egiftcard...follow the activation steps....' firstly...there is no link to click on as stated in your email...and secondly, nothing happens when you click on 'activate voucher' button!
what a pile of **** Mightydeals. Sort it out as I want to use my vouchers...not wait for weeks while you keep my money then decide you cant fulfil the deal and refund me.hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

I had my husbands deal cancelled but still haven't received the refund even though the cancellation email said that a refund would be made within 7 days. Three weeks later I emailed them and am still waiting for reply.
I paid through Paypal so if no reply by end of the week I will go through them for refund.0 -
