Terms and Conditions – Dymo Prize Draw

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding (a) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Prize Draw and that person’s immediate family members, and (b) employees and contractors of Amazon and its affiliates or of the Prize Provider(s) (defined below). Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Entrants are required to have an Amazon.co.uk and a Twitter account.

Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, and any amendments to them, which are final and binding in all respects. Opening/Closing Date and Time

The Prize Draw opens to entries on Monday, 19 January 2015 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday, 1 February 2015 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

How to Enter

To enter, entrants must

(1) Go to www.amazon.co.uk/gp/socialmedia/promotions/dymo_tw_prize_draw_january_15 (“Entry Method #1”) or www.amazon.co.uk/gp/socialmedia/promotions/dymo_tw_prize_draw_january_15?AmazonBasic=1 (“Entry Method #2”);
(2) Enter by indicating that you wish to “Follow” @AmazonUK on Twitter if you have not already done so.
(3) Answer the question on the entry method page; and
(4) Click the “Enter” button to enter using your name and e-mail address associated with your Amazon.co.uk account. If you are not already logged into your Amazon.co.uk account when you click “Enter”, you will be required to log in to your Amazon.co.uk account to complete the entry process. After entering, you will be taken to an entry confirmation page where you can review your entry information along with instructions for changing your entry information if necessary.

Entering the Prize Draw via Entry Method #1 or Entry Method #2 will connect your Twitter account with your Amazon.co.uk account, enabling social features that, among other things, will enable you to participate in the Prize Draw. If you wish to enter the Prize Draw with more limited social features enabled, you may enter via Entry Method #2. Entry via this route will not connect your Twitter account with Amazon and will only allow access to “Read Tweets from your timeline”.

If you click “Go to App” in the Request for Permission window that appears after you click “Continue to Enter”, you will be providing ongoing consent to the Amazon application, which may offer other promotions in addition to this one. Winner Selection

Amazon will, in its sole discretion, select the Prize winner at random. The winner will be notified via e-mail within one (1) day of the end of the Prize Draw Period (“Notification”). The winner will have five (5) days from receipt of Notification to respond to Amazon and confirm acceptance of the Prize.

If the selected winner (or any substitute winner) is ineligible, or cannot be reached or fails to claim their Prize within five (5) days of receiving the Notification, that winner (or substitute winner) will forfeit the Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. If, having attempted to contact a winner and a substitute winner, Amazon is unable to award a Prize, Amazon reserves the right to consider the Prize as unclaimed.

This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non winners will not be notified. The name of the winner and their county of residence will be provided on receipt of a written request sent to uk-sweepstakes@amazon.co.uk within 30 days of the end of the Prize Draw Period.

By entering the Prize Draw you consent to Amazon passing your details to the Prize Provider and any relevant third party for the purpose of contacting you in the event you are a winner.

By accepting a Prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, county of residence, likeness or Prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. A winner may be required to participate in Amazon's reasonable marketing and promotional activities. By entering the Prize Draw you consent to participate in such activities in the event that you are a winner.
