Air Express Travel & Tours Quiz Facebook prize draw official Terms & Conditions

The following information and terms and conditions relate to the Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) Facebook prize draw to ‘Win a fabulous 5 day tour for two to Jordan!’ (the ‘Promotion’) and associated promotions run by Digital Visitor Limited (the ‘Administrator’). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. ‘The Promoter’ of this action is Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) whose registered office is at 123 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DT and whose registered company number is 05268708.
1) In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
2) This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over only (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
3) Employees of Air Express Travel & Tours and Digital Visitor their members, partners or any company involved in the Promotion, or members of their families or households, are not eligible to win.
4) The Promotion opens 9:30am (GMT) January 19th 2015 and closes 9:30am (GMT) February 16th 2015 (the ‘Promotion Period’). No entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be valid. The promoter has the authority to amend, extend or withdraw this without prior notice at any time during this period.
5) The Promotion is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.
6) All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the main holiday prize consisting of:
a) 5 days and 4 nights’ Amman – Petra Jordan Group Tour for two people (See terms and conditions at point 7).
7) Amman – Petra Group Jordan Tour Terms & Conditions:
a) An eligible entrant must be an individual and have a valid email address.
b) By entering the competition, all eligible entrants agree to abide by and accept all terms and conditions. Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
c) The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, has no cash alternative and the holiday is subject to availability. Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) Ltd is not liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
d) The prize includes 4 night’s holiday and 2 flights up to a total value of £710pp. any additional cost must be paid at time of booking.
e) The holiday must depart between May 5th 2015 and June 23rd 2015. Outbound flight departure must be on a Tuesday as this is a group tour which runs from Tuesday to Saturday.
f) Some excursions/activities may be subject to weather and sea conditions.
g) Travel insurance and spending money are not provided and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
h) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
i) The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days from the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted, is not available or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, Air Express Travel & Tours (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw.
j) The winner may be required to submit valid identification prior to receiving the prize.
k) By entering the competition winners agree to allow the free use of their names and general locations for publicity and new purposes during this and future promotions. Winners’ names will be published on Facebook and on the company’s website
8) To enter the Promotion, you must go to the Air Express Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/pages/AirExpress/395582627179769, visit the prize draw tab TBC answer the question and enter your details.
9) All answers will be valid entries; users are not required to select the correct answer to be entered.
10) There is a maximum of one entry per user.
11) Proof of entry, is not proof of receipt.
12) The Promoter, Administrator and the Prize Partner accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.
13) If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter and Administrator that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
14) The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant and withhold prizes if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules or if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

19) Additional costs are not included within the holiday prize (including but not limited to, travel, food and drink, spending money and excursions) and are the responsibility of the prize winner and not the Promoter, the Administrator or any of the Prize Partner.
20) The Promoter, Administrator, Prize Partner and their associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the winners enjoyment of the prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
21) Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
22) The Promoters decision is final.
23) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
