I agree. Whilst I would not buy the sachets myself ( I take my own portion of oats to work in a plastic bag, it's cheaper) I know there are people who find the sachets more convenient. If they can get a good price for them then that is money saving in action.

It should be about proper nutrition. The right amount of protein, carbs and vitamins. Therefore the cheapest of these per 100g.
And I notice that nutrition on this forum is linked in with beauty, it should be part of Food and Groceries.

Don't be silly, there is a big gap between the minimum and maximum amount you need, and as long as you are between the two you are fine.

Most people are getting enough nutrition, and many are getting too much. There is no need to buy the most economical nutrition, we can buy what we want.

Oh no, please don't include that in here. We can do without a bunch of idiots arguing over the tiniest amount nutrition that is in different foods.

I agree Geordie, most people are getting enough carbs. More than enough carbs.
I am talking about value for money. Moneysaving. Why pay ten times the money for the same nutrition.

Money saving is not always about getting things the absolute cheapest.

Getting brand name products you use at a discount counts as money saving!

A few of my local (London) 99p stores have the box of 12 Original flavour in, so worth checking out if you have one nearby.
