There is 3 draws but I am not sure if you enter all 3 or not

1. The promoter is: Atkins International Ltd (company no.04788262) whose registered office is at 20-22 Bedford Row London WC1R 4JS.

2. Open to UK residents aged 18yrs and over but excluding employees of Atkins International Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. Only one entry per person per household permitted

4. No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted or those submitted via macros or similar. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Prizes, route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://www.atkins.com

6. Closing date for entry will be 31st March 2015 at 24:00 GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. The competition will be split into 3 promotional periods with one winner randomly selected from all entries received during each period and verified by PromoVeritas Ltd

Promo 1 – entries received from 15:01 GMT 7th January 2015 until 24:00 GMT 31st January 2015
Promo 2 – entries received from 00:01 GMT 1st February 2015 until 24:00 GMT February 2015
Promo 3 – entries received from 00:01 GMT 1ST March 2015 until 24:00 GMT 31st March 2015
8. The prize for each winner is as follows: £2000 High Street Shopping Vouchers
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by PromoVeritas Ltd.

13. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Atkins International Ltd , 1st Floor , The Exchange , 5 Bank Street, Bury BL9 0DN

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If you join the Atkins programme they want your weight in pounds or kilos. I found a converter on google, as my scales are set to stones and pounds.

OK -my take on it is this...

You can only enter the once (and that's one entry per household) and depending on which Promo period you entered during you will be in the 'pot' for that period only.

My reasoning is, if you were allowed one entry per Promo period, they normally stipulate in the Ts&Cs that only 'one prize may be won per household' which is not there.

So, if all the MSE'ers enter during Promo 1 then their chances of winning will be lower, so probably better to spread the entries? :cool:

HTH At the end of the day, this is my interpretation but I'm sure you'll all come to your own conclusions/decisions
