Mortgages that take into account three people's salaries?

Hi,
I was recently informed by my mortgage broker that (most /all?) mortgages now only take into account two people's salaries.
Are there any companies that will take into account three people's salaries? We're three siblings who want to buy a house together.
If so, some links or company names would be great!
Thanks!

There will be lenders who will do it under the circumstances but your choice of lenders will be very limited.
Unfortunately as a broker im not able to give the names of lenders on a forum. If your current broker is struggling it might be worth speaking to another as it should be possible to place assuming this is the only issue.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The mortgage advisor I contacted is the person who arranged our previous mortgage 3 years ago - it was only a casual phone conversation and we're not actively working with him to obtain a mortgage this time around, we were just finding out what rough solutions were available. I can't remember if he said most or all.
Is there somewhere I would be able to obtain a list of mortgage providers who do consider 3 applicants' salaries? Or shall I seek another broker's advice? This guy was not at all useful last time round!

You have the option of completing your own research or engaging the assistance of a broker. How important is your time?0 -
I'm not in a rush (we're not looking to buy for another 8 months or so) so I am happy to research, any pointers for keywords I should use to search Google (my earlier search wasn't that productive, hence asking here) but am also happy to use a broker - any recommendations for someone who is likely to know about this type of mortgage (seeing as the person we used previously was pretty useless!)
Thanks!0
