See my message under 'anyone heard from coop after move'. Also I moved to sainsburys early in 2014, just moved to jan2016 and sainsburys rep told me to check their website and ring to move again with no fees if better tariff. It.s almost the best from recs from cheap energy cub for me except for a few with worse cust service reports and via Internet etc. sainsburys provide meter readings and bios plus nectar for the cheapish price and they answer the phone quickly0
