    Yes, she knows the facts, the dates and that it was fully paid.

    As I said this ended in Jan 2010 and was also at a previous address, more than 3 years ago.

    According to their own criteria, they accept people with much 'worse' histories than mine, so I am hoping it will be ok.

    If all requests for info have been received and marked as satisfied, and a request for valuation is being put forward - is that a good sign??

    So my application is in and all documents requested have been sent and marked as 'satisfied' on their system.

    A valuer has been out to the new house, but not had any feedback from that yet.

    I have received a letter from my bank to say that as part of a normal review of my credit card, they have decided to up my credit limit.

    Will this affect the mortgage application? Should I call and refuse this increase of credit limit? Bank is RBS.
