Can't find my P60 for Self Assessment?

Hi There, I started a business in September 2013 as a sole trader, I didn't do the research and we only had 6 customers before i ceased trading just 6 weeks after it began. I was pushed into registering it as a legitimate business by the local business advisory service. So now with online self assessment deadline fast approaching, I cannot find my 2013-2014 P60, I have a part time job, less than 16 hrs a week, and I am also director of a limited company that started July 2014.

I called my part time employer who simply said we don't do duplicate P60's, the tax office basically told me to get it off my employer. So what now..? It is apparently impossible to complete the online self assessment without the P60, but I have no way of getting hold of my P60.

Any help would be much appreciated.

what about your last payslip of the financial year? that should have the essential information you need for SA.
Or, go back to the employer and ask them nicely to look on the payroll system and read out the figures you want (gross pay and tax paid IIRC). You don't need the printed form.

Thanks David, It would seem that is my only option, i'll give it a go tomorrow.
