I am a UK Permanent resident.
Which bank/BuildingSociety provides mortgage to customer who has lived in UK for less than 3 years but more than 2 years?

it is not as simple as that Bob.
It depends on your visa status and deposit.
Engage a broker with experience of non UK Nationals or you risk drawing a blank on this one.I am a Mortgage Broker
