As title just brought piece of pork .I brought piece for £7 and have cut mine in 3 pieces. Great bargain.:j:beer:

If you buy some more.
SLow cook it about 110c of 6 + hours ( up to 10 can be good). Then it will make beautiful pulled pork.0 -

It definitely does, I made it yesterday :beer::beer:

Try to get a fatty looking joint as well with a good layer of fat on the top to keep moist.
It can also be good to roast in a bag. Keep the juice in a bag so can make a nice gravy later on.0
