    Dunno about that. I think once people get themselves clued up even a little but they will tend to eschew advice and go DIY. What's critical is that they understand asset allocation first, and you see a right lot of "how's my portfolio?" questions here were people clearly haven't done this.
    I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
