I currently live at home and have a mortgage taken out with my mum. I now want to move out of the house and buy my own flat. How likely am I to get a mortgage for the flat without my mum having to remortgage the house on her own?
Thanks in advance

There is one lender who I have come across who may consider it assuming you can evidence you have paid nothing towards the mortgage.
Its probably worth speaking to a broker, there could be an option or 2. Personally I think your options are a little on the slim side though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
