mortgage advice

I currently live at home and have a mortgage taken out with my mum. I now want to move out of the house and buy my own flat. How likely am I to get a mortgage for the flat without my mum having to remortgage the house on her own?

Thanks in advance

    How much is your income?
How much is your current mortgage?

How much is the balance of your current mortgage?
How much do you want to borrow (as in £ not the term).

There is one lender who I have come across who may consider it assuming you can evidence you have paid nothing towards the mortgage.

Its probably worth speaking to a broker, there could be an option or 2. Personally I think your options are a little on the slim side though.
