Any Buy To Let Investers Out There?

We took out a £151,000 mortgage in November 2009 and I am hoping that I can pay this off as early as December 2015. We also have a flat which we have owned outright since 1996, which cost us £11,500. It's only worth around £50,000 now and we have a DSS tenant with rental income capped at £296 a month. When the mortgage is gone, we'd like to start investing in more buy to lets and do some property renovation. Is there anyone on here doing the same and do you have a diary or any tips to share?
