I have been offered a re-mortgage through Nationwide based purely on rental income,at a rate I'm happy to accept. This is thanks to a mortgage advisor who gives good advice.
Unfortunately i appear to have been given bad advice by the company endorsed/promoted by this website. That company being London & Country.
I needed a re-mortgage based on rental income only.London & Country took £350 from me to put me in touch with BM Solutions, formerly Birmingham Midshires I think. Some time later I was contacted by my advisor at London & Country who told me BM Solutions had refused the application due to my low income.
    I didn't even get a valuation for my £350.
The advisor who got me the mortgage suggested that BM Solutions were possibly the least appropriate choice for what I needed.
Sorry about the two different user names.I must have joined, forgotten and then joined again.

They do recommend them in the lending guide, and they have a nice little affiliate link through to their website - sounds like promotion to me.
