lbs means £s

Hiya
I mentioned my no confessions weight loss plan - no confessions or guilt, just record the lbs lost - work based `forum` on here and seems other folk may be keen to join in. Start weight is NOT anything anyone else needs to know. We've lost a stone plus at work in Jan already,, just wanted the motivation. So here we go !

Me 2lbs last week with my fitnesspal FREE and the trusty fit bit, not quite so free, but was a present. And the DOG. We walk till the fitbit buzzes.
Send lbs lost here and I'll keep count.
I think it's dfw because lbs means £ s. If we need to move let me know.
