A little update. Have registered a complaint with the FOS re MBNA and awaiting outcome of this. Hoping that they will advise the default to be removed (Perhaps wishful thinking!)
In terms of the creditor who is offering £150 as settlement - would you accept this or push for more? This whole experience has been extremely stressful!
