If we told you to go to Blacksmiths Building Society we would have two issues.
1. As a regulated individual we would be advising you on a course of action without knowing your full circumstances for which we can be fined or barred.
2. We don't know enough to be certain that Blacksmiths BS will lend to you and you may come back on here berating us which is not helpful.
The reality is that only direct questions can be wholly answered on the forum. An individual can only be steered n the right direction.I am a Mortgage Broker
