Hi just after checking my account online and it seems that the oil I bought and paid for on Wednesday I have been charged twice for it :mad:i am now also overdrawn and left with no funds until the start off the week ,has this happened to any off you ,how long did it take to be refunded and were your bank charges paid for as well really not happy :mad:
