Bad Hairday

in fact the wifes,

appointment at hairdressers, ended up with burnt hair, hair falling out and the wrong colour from what she wanted.

question is where does she stand, the hairdresser flatly refuses to give any refund (it was £85),

is there any other way to approach this - i understand hairdressers aren`t regulated.

Yes, that's very important. At a price of £85 I would assume it was a 'reputable' hairdresser she went to, so they should have done a test and have a record of it.
