Hi,
I'm a bit confused.
I've received a 'wem' from a person at @tagworldwide.com for Liverpool v Chelsea football tickets at Anfield.
I entered the below Capital One comp and the T&C's say all the same thing as the email I received, but there's nothing in the T&C's about receiving an email from an outsourced company and I just don't want it to be a fake email.

I feel like it might be a win, has anyone else received emails from this company before?
Thanks

Some Comps are run by third parties who are responsible for the prize.
Are their asking you to do anything that sound OFF?0 -
TAG Worldwide are a big marketing company... sounds legitimate to me.0

Nothing sounds too off really, I just need to bring ID and what not. Nothing crazy, but I don't want to drive for like 4 hours and it be fake haha.
Well, I guess I'll just take the risk and have a drive up there haha.0 -

4 hrs are you picking up the tickets at the box office?
I try and get a number of the place and call first of where you have to pick it up.0 -

Have you been E-mailed a voucher to redeem the Prize ?0 -
I haven';t been emailed a voucher, the email is saying that I should print the email off and use that at the 'Directors collection point'.
I can't contact them via that contact form either as it won't allow hotmail, gmail or yahoo email addresses as a form of contact!
I've also just called two of the head offices and no one can find the person who emailed me, so I'm going to contact Capital ones facebook page and see if they have any info!
Thanks for all your help everyone!0 -
Yeah all sounds above board. Congrats! :T0

Sounds pretty standard to me for a ticket win. I've had a fair few tickets and the vast majority of sporting are collection from a box office type at the ground, normally hospitality seats and usually very good. I'd say in general 50/50 WEM's come from a marketing company too.
Also confirmation here mentioning "directors collection point" . I'd say you have hospitality seats there 90% sure.. Maybe even Executive Club. Hope so, Enjoy
