I received the NCP beginning of December and it was about the driver forgot to pay at LUL North Greenwich Car Park. After the long waiting time finally I received the email which said they accepted my appeal! :j
They said the vehicle was stayed in the car park just over 16 mins and no record to show when my vehicle left. If any vehicles stay over 20 mins, drivers need to pay the parking fee.
I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Coupon-mad,Guys Dad,Fruitcake,Umkomaas,hoohoo or any of you gave out your own time to suggest me how to prepare everything!
