Hello again
I received the letter on 16/4 after calling them and asking for it. It states:
'Further to your payment, I write to confirm that subject to clearance of cheques, your account is now marked as paid in full, on our files. As previously advised, if you have paid your account by way of a reduced settlement and it is recorded on your credit file, this will be updated as partially settled with a zero balance outstanding and not as settled or satisfied'
Is this acceptable for them or no one else to chase us for the remainder?
thanks for all of your advice so far0 -
