Anyone know how Tesco do valuations? It is a remortgage and we are using the equity which should push into 75% LTV. The Post Office (who I a with now) did a house prices index check and valued my house at £252k0 -

Good point - stripey ones are best - because if you buy two mortgages you get a third one free.I am a Mortgage Broker
