TSB customer confirmation letter after online check for agreement in principle

Hi,
On Sunday I used the TSB website to look at a mortgage deal and put the "basic" information in to get an agreement in principle. I was expecting a phone call on Tuesday to go through the details and get a confirmation if I could get an agreement in principle.
I didn't get this phone call and today a letter arrived titled "Customer Confirmation", with a mortgage roll number. I've not had any other contact via email or phone and I've tried the provided number but am getting high call volume messages.
Is this an agreement in principle, is this partway onto actually getting a mortgage, is it just a document I can "ignore" for the moment.
The legalese section of the letter starts "If I apply for a mortgage, I confirm that I make the following statements"
So I'm thinking it's just a "standard" letter at an early non-committed stage of the process, but any other guidance would be appreciated.

I believe it's just an acknowledgement letter.
Someone from the mortgage department will need to call you to check the details you've entered online and to progress the application for you.Slummy mummy!0 -
I received the same document after I had AIP or Promise.0
