Nervous. Mortgage application tomorrow!

We've had our AIP last week, an offer accepted on a property, and we've accepted and offer on ours.
I'm so nervous. We aren't high earner but obviously have a mortgage currently.
This week, I've clear a loan a year early and paid of an overdraft. I'm just nervous because when I printed off my 3 months statements for tomorrow, I realised how we litterally spend every penny each month. Most on bills and childcare, food ect and then I transfer Dh wages every week into save until the end of the month when I pop it back into my current account ready for the bills to start coming out. (Basically a way to make sure we don't spend the bills money)

We have a £27k deposit which is our equity from the current property, and our new house will be £148k so mortgage isn't massive.
We've waited 9 years to get out of our 2 bed terrace and into a family home, it's been cost with the four of us here.

I'm just worried we won't get the mortgage offer! Eek.

Good luck. Different circumstances, but I feel your pain. Not at mortgage application stage, yet, but do have an AIP with one lender. Very nervous about the application stage, we have had slightly bad credit going back 3-6 years ago.
