Hi, can anybody provide a link for the customer service email for this company please.

I've tried contacting them through Amazon but have been going round and round in circles, and I cannot see the appropriate link anywhere on their site. They appear to have a Twitter page but I'm not into Twitter.

Have you tried to message them on Facebook or write on there wall, that usually kicks companies into replying.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've now managed to track them down - the brand is apparently one of the Designer Habitat group and I'm sure I'll find some satisfactory contact details now.

FB is a useful idea though which I wouldn't normally get involved with, but needs must if necessary!

I am happy to report that within 24 hours of my contacting Designer Habitat, they addressed and dealt with my query to my complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service.
