Hi all,
I have recently taken up yoga at home for weight loss and to improve my flexibility. So far I've been using Courtney Bell's videos on YouTube but would like to branch out.
Can anyone recommend any YouTube channels or accounts that essentially show online yoga classes, particularly for weight loss and flexibility?
