Yes, but this spread is over one third pure sugar! There are far better alternatives.
Nutrition Facts (per 100g): Energy (kcal) 590, Protein (g) 3.0, Carbohydrate (g) 56.0 of which sugars (g) 36.0, Fat (g) 39.0 of which saturated (g) 7.0, Fibre (g) 0.7, Salt (g) 0.0
A good peanut butter - even the cheapest Tesco stuff - only has around 4% sugar.
There you go with that sugary bee in your bonnet again - yawn! Note that not everybody on here can afford to buy peanut butter so if this little freebie means someone can have a little treat and doesn't have to eat plain value toast and marge for breakfast then we shouldn't criticise. And by the way I think Lotus spread is yum!0 -
