Tesco bank lieu pay, basic & holiday

On 23rd december i was dismissed from being in and out of hospital after loosing a baby, i know this is an unfair dismissial but i was told i would receive my one weeks LIEU and i havent as today i should have got paid. I got paid monthly and i was last paid on 19th December which is for Novembers earnings. In December i worked 12 days at my hourly rate of 9.08ph and 7 hours a day, the only funds i have received on my payslip is £153 which says leave/holiday so i am unsure what that is, however i should have around £4-500 as a weeks LIEU is 340 along with the days i worked. Can someone help me on what to do? I need these funds asap and i havent receieved my p45 yet from them also, i have read a few forums about Tesco Bank being bad for this and i will be calling the head office tomorrow. I was off for 4 days in December unpaid and that shows on my payslip as minus hours 33 so i can understand that but where is the rest of my money? Has anyone else had the same problem?

You should contact the payroll department and ask how your final payment was calculated. It may be adjustments for holiday entitlement that mean it's less than you were expecting. If it's still not clear after speaking to them then contact your union rep for advice and assistance.0

the wage is for working up until 19/12 - when i started on the monday after pay day i got paid 4 weeks wage - what i had worked - so it is for working up until 19/120

Did you carry out any work after the day that you were advised of your dismissal or was it a case of "you are dismissed - don't come back to work again"?0 -
They pay on fridays, next pay day is tomorrow, maybe it'll come through then? Also I think the cut off is the thursday the week before pay day, so there's a possibility that the payment on the 19th was actually only your wage until the 11th Dec and tomorrow you'll get the week of the 11th - 19th and extra. Hopefully, unless I completely misunderstood your post!0
