Had a search but not found anything on this. Two year fix comes to an end this year (July) which I appreciate is some way off. Just wondering when would be best to get the ball rolling on hunting out the the next deal. Couple of months maybe? When is the earliest you can agree up your next mortgage or is it lender dependent?
Thanks

hi msm78
some lenders offers last 3 months some 6 months so depends on the lender you want to choose. Best to start looking now and keep an eye on the changing deals

As above...most offers need to be completed within 90 days. I've read there are a few out there that have a six month expiry in their offers but I'm not sure which
