I have accumulated quite a few of these, and rather than throw them out, wonder if all you wonderful people have any good ideas how to recycle.
I already decant shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, washing up liquid into these containers. Just looking for some other ideas, otherwise they will have to head to the bin.

Decant bath cream and use as hand soap. We have been doing this for years.0

I'm using one for vegetable oil, it stops me dribbling it as you can have it flat on the bench.
Tomato ketchup/mayo and stuff would work as well.£36/£240

I buy the big refill size of hand soap, so I re-use my hand soap dispensers with more soap and never need to buy the individual size dispenser.0

I have started putting shower gel in mine as a lot of the containers they come in a really fiddly and difficult when you are in the shower with wet hands and screwed up eyes. The pump is just a doddle to use. I will watch this space with interest because I think a lot of the time the soap container would cost a lot more to produce than what it contains!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14

I decant bubble bath for handsoap too but find that eventually the pump needs to be replaced. Might be because I have children and they get used a lot but worth hanging on to a spare maybe?0

Thanks everyone, hadn't actually thought of foodstuffs...brill idea.0

I use body lotions in hand pumps at each set of taps as hand lotion. Uses up all of those spare bottles received as gifts which would take an age to work through... Make sure that you label them so people know that it isn't soap thoughThe beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

Please and Thank You are the magic words;)0 -
Not sure about foodstuff. It depends if the plastic is food grade, which as it's previously been used for soap stuff, it probably isn't.0

Make your own hand wash. I tried this and it worked. http://youtu.be/5-DKT6w3AdQPenny xxx
Old age isn't bad when you consider the alternative.0
