Boots Advantage Card - Expiry date?

Hi,
Can anyone advise whether the points on a Boots advantage card have an expiry date?
We have not used the card for some time but we accumulated a lt of points when our kids were younger. Approx £40 worth of points.
We've never had need ti use them but now we do and according to the online boots account it says we have £0.00 in advantage points.
I've scanned the terms and conditions an cannot see anything about a time limit on the points.
We did have a new card a few years ago as our old one was in a purse that was stolen. Could it be that Boots have not transferred the points to the new card?

Sounds like they did not transfer the points.
I have a friend who hangs on to her points for a few years and then buys a bottle of Chanel perfume when she gathers enough(expensive so takes a long time), not 100% sure but I think it was 4 years.0 -
It could be that whoever stole the purse spent the points - my sister had her handbag taken a few years ago and within an hour or two the thieves had spent all her Boots points (and Nectar points)A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0

If a card is not used for two years or more then points are lost0

Their version of Touche Éclat is excellent, I sometimes use their £1.99 face cream just as a neck cream, that's good too0

How odd, an identical post of the Aldi thread, under a different name.
I don't think Boots do a £1.99 face cream.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

(Pity they are mangled by this autocorrect!)0
