B2L for overseas buyers - Help!

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone could help me with some information about B2L for overseas buyers.

I'm currently a British passport holder with a small portfolio of B2L I acquired when I was living in the UK, I've since relocated out of the country for work and was wondering about the differences between securing B2L mortgages as an overseas investor.

Possible but very tricky Kris.


The longer you are out of the UK the more difficult it is.


We find the higher ticket mortgages (+£250K) give us access to some of the more attractive rates. The lower ticket mortgages mean we need to use the small lenders who set the rate in line with the extra risk.


One for a mortgage broker - and one that has done this type of business before.
