Halifax Initial fees question

Hi,
Couple of quick questions.
- Does anybody know which credit reference agency Halifax use for mortgage application?
- I have received a payment reminder from water company in Oct 2014 but i paid in full after I received this. Will it create any problem for me?
-If there is a initial fee on product and i decide to add that to mortgage and if mortgage application fails (e.g. sellers pulls out or something), do i have to pay this fee? The product i am choosing have a £1499 fee associated with it.
Thanks

Halifax use Experian, Equifax and Call Credit.
A payment reminder is unlikely to be shown as a blemish on your credit fileI am a Mortgage Broker

No. if it's added to the loan on completion, failing to complete means there would be no charge.ComputeAngel wrote: »If there is a initial fee on product and i decide to add that to mortgage and if mortgage application fails (e.g. sellers pulls out or something), do i have to pay this fee?I am a mortgage broker.
