I've just been informed I'm a winner, too. I've sent them my address as requested and they came back with the message: Thanks for your details Linda. Prize will be with you within 30 days of your services going live. I've looked through the original competition and can't find any mention of a necessary purchase, but I think you may have to download their ShopSafe software (£2 a month). I've written to them to ask for further details.
