Afternoon,
Im married with one child (and one on the way), my wife works part time but on a zero hour contract.
If i make a mortgage application just based on my salary, would affordability include dependent(s)?
Thanks in advance

Applying on your own does not stop your wife and children being dependent on you.I am a Mortgage Broker
